08 It’s Me

I am a Professional Psychologist from University of Indonesia who have been dedicating  myself for more than 10 years in the area of Competency-Based Human Resources Management, which is including Training and Development ; Performance Management ; Assessment and Recruitment  

Currently I have been working in a German-Based Company, responsible for Talent Management. In a daily basis, I serve myself as training facilitator, counselor and internal consultant. As a human resiliency development facilitator, I am very interested in exploring some proven strategies and learning approach, including yoga and meditation. At the same time I have also been improving my skill in utilizing some techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Neuro-Semantic, experiential learning methodology and Hypnotherapy. Those techniques would be very useful when I lead a coaching-counseling session, in which I I learn the basic principles from Michele Gagne – who is International Master Coach.

While working — as a practitioner and consultant – for some company such as Conoco-Phillips Indonesia, Freeport Indonesia, AUTO 2000 (Astra International Group), PT. TELKOMSEL,  Astra Auto Parts, Satelindo, Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Darya Varia, PERTAMINA, clearly help me to get in touch with different working challenges and at the same time bring my problem solving-decision making skills to the next level. Having the chance to provide services for around 15.000 employees in Freeport Indonesia, must be a precious experience  which allow me to challenge and develop many critical  competencies

Finally, I am also Certified of using SHL OPQ and SHL TA ; certified as Targeted Selection Interviewer (DDI) and  certified as HYPNOTHERAPIST  from Indonesian Board of Hypnotherapy (IBH)
